Uta brings around three decades of international experience in human resources and organizational development—from internal and external leadership and consulting roles. This experience is unusually broad: cross-industry and ranging from corporate projects at Adidas and MAN, to medium-sized companies, to non-profit organizations. Her focus is on leadership development journeys, change processes with a focus on vision and strategy work, culture and organizational structure, team facilitation, and future-proofing organizations through AI strategy.
