Creating spaces.
Shape development.

I support leaders and organizations in shaping leadership, collaboration, learning, and culture in a way that enables sustainable development in everyday work.

Perhaps you know
such situations?

  • Learning opportunities may receive good feedback, but afterwards hardly anything changes in everyday work.
  • Collaboration across departments or shared leadership roles remains difficult.
  • Changes are decided upon, but are not truly supported by those who are supposed to drive them.
  • You yourself are juggling contradictory expectations and are wishing for more clarity and agency in your role again.

Often the cause lies not with individuals, but in the interplay of leadership, collaboration, learning, and the organizational context.

Development spaces

Depending on the initial situation, development begins at a specific level – organization, team, or individual. To achieve this, I have created three interconnected and complementary spaces. Whether it is an individual measure or a larger undertaking, I always keep the other levels in view and take into account the friction at the interfaces between them.

Develop learning and culture in such a way that changes in daily life are implemented and further developed.

Rooms for
Leadership and
Collaboration

Design leadership, teams, and collaboration in such a way that responsibility, guidance, and shared effectiveness are created.

Gain personal clarity and develop courses of action.

How we work together

My approach is systemic, psychologically grounded, and co-creative – I look at contexts and interactions rather than isolated symptoms. And because every organization is different, our development processes do not follow a standard model. Instead, we are guided by three principles that shape my work.

We do not start with concepts, but by truly understanding your situation. Together, we look at connections, patterns, and dynamics—not just individual symptoms. This creates a shared understanding that provides orientation and opens up new possibilities for action.

Sustainable development succeeds when the people who will later carry the changes are able to actively help shape them. Therefore, we involve the relevant perspectives at an early stage.

Development rarely proceeds in a linear fashion and cannot be prescribed; rather, it arises through continuous reflection, experimentation, and adaptation. In doing so, I work with you in a structured and collaborative manner so that changes become sustainably effective in everyday life.

Why with me?

For more than 20 years, I have been accompanying people and organizations in development processes – more than 14 of those years in my own leadership role within an international corporation, most recently with global responsibility for culture and HR development at Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG.

I act as a strategic partner at the intersection of leadership, collaboration, learning, and culture. In doing so, I consciously work across all three levels—organization, team, and individual—and specifically address the friction that arises between them. The combination of psychological understanding, systemic thinking, and my own leadership experience enables me to design sustainable development paths together with my clients.
