Spaces for organizational learning & culture
Developing organizations sustainably
What I can support you with:
Do you know such situations?
- After a transformation, new ways of working are supposed to be implemented permanently. After initial enthusiasm, many teams gradually return to familiar patterns.
- There are many good initiatives regarding learning, collaboration, or leadership. However, they hardly interlock and generate only limited impact.
- Leaders are expected to encourage learning and the greater use of AI. In everyday work, however, operational issues and habitual ways of working usually take precedence.
- Employees want more personal responsibility and cross-departmental collaboration. However, existing routines and structures hardly support this behavior.
- Cultural development is important to you, but it remains somewhat isolated alongside your strategic business initiatives rather than effectively supporting them.

What this is often really about
At first glance, such situations often seem like the result of individual measures that are not yet taking full effect – a leadership program that achieves too little, or a culture initiative that fizzles out in everyday work. In my experience, there is usually more to it than that:
There is rarely
„"the one, simple solution.".
Culture—just like learning—is not created through individual measures, nor can it be mandated. It develops in daily collaboration, in leadership behavior, in routines and structures, and in the experiences that people share with one another in their everyday work.
Today, development also means consciously integrating AI into our daily work, collaboratively analyzing our experiences, and establishing new forms of learning.

Effectively anchoring learning in everyday work life
You want learning to take place not only in seminars or workshops, but to become part of everyday work. Perhaps you’re already investing in professional development programs and AI licenses. At the same time, you may find, for example, that new ideas get lost in the day-to-day operations or that learning is perceived primarily as an additional task.
I will accompany you as a strategic sparring partner in designing learning processes that are closely connected to the challenges of your organization. Together, we create learning spaces and processes that address these challenges and incorporate transfer into daily work right from the start. This makes learning a natural part of collaboration.
- They want to integrate learning—including the use of AI—more deeply into their day-to-day work, rather than relying solely on seminars or training sessions.
- They are developing new learning programs and want to consider how to apply them in practice right from the start.
- They want to help managers actively promote learning and knowledge sharing within their teams.
- They want to strengthen collaboration across departments and locations and foster greater interconnection in learning.
- Educational trips with in-person and/or virtual learning phases
- Peer-based learning and exchange formats
- Virtual Learning Communities and Learning Stimuli
- Participatory learning teams in which employees and managers work together to develop and test new learning ideas and integrate them into their daily work

Cultural Development
strategically plan
You want to take a targeted approach to further developing your organization’s culture. Perhaps you’ve already launched cultural initiatives or defined values.
Cultural initiatives, learning opportunities, and strategic change projects are most effective when they are integrated with leadership, communication, and existing work practices.
Depending on the initial situation, I accompany individual development initiatives or larger change projects. As a strategic sparring partner, I support you in embedding measures into the organizational context and shaping development processes in a participatory way. Because sustainable change happens when leaders and employees can actively help shape the future of their organization.
- You want to work with executives and employees to define and shape strategic changes—rather than simply communicating them.
- They want to integrate cultural development, leadership, communication, and learning in a way that allows them to reinforce one another.
- Design and Facilitation of Participatory Strategy and Cultural Processes
- Strategy Dialogues and Cultural Workshops
- Dialogue Formats
- Sparring for HR, Organizational Development, and Leadership
Many development priorities affect multiple levels of an organization. That is why, when necessary, we supplement cultural and learning initiatives by further developing Leadership and Collaboration or through individual spaces for reflection for executives.
Developing the appropriate procedure together
First, we will get a clear picture of your initial situation together: what challenges are driving you, what framework conditions already exist, and where are the greatest levers for sustainable development? Whenever possible, I will also incorporate relevant data—such as from employee surveys, feedback from town halls, the social intranet, or HR development data.
Based on this, we develop an approach tailored to your context—whether for a single development initiative or a larger change process. In doing so, I consistently work in a co-creative manner with the relevant internal stakeholders—such as executives, HR, Learning, or Organizational Development. After all, sustainable development arises from the interplay of internal and external perspectives.
This leads to solutions that do not operate in isolation, but are understood, embraced, and sustainably embedded in day-to-day work.

When Learning and Culture Make a Difference
For example, how you notice that something is changing:
- New ways of working are gradually becoming established in everyday life because they are supported and further developed by managers and employees alike.
- Cultural initiatives, learning opportunities, and leadership development are intertwined and collectively support the organization’s strategic goals.
- Leaders consciously create opportunities for learning, exchange, and shared reflection—even in the course of day-to-day business. Learning becomes a natural part of daily collaboration.
- Employees take responsibility for change, contribute their own ideas, and actively help shape the organization's future development.
- Strategic changes are not merely communicated; rather, they are shaped collaboratively by managers and employees and put into practice in their day-to-day work.
