Creating spaces.
Enabling development.
I accompany you in making development possible – in leadership, collaboration, learning, and culture, or very personally for yourself.
Do any of these sound familiar?
- Learning initiatives receive good feedback - yet afterwards hardly anything changes in everyday work.
- Collaboration across departments or shared leadership roles remains difficult.
- Changes are decided upon, but the people expected to drive them don't really get behind them.
- You yourself are juggling conflicting expectations and are wishing for more clarity and agency in your role again.
Often the cause isn't any one person, but the interplay of leadership, collaboration, learning, and the organizational context.

What 's often really going on
That's exactly why I don't focus on individual people or isolated measures, but on the interplay of leadership, collaboration, learning, and the organizational context.
Sustainable development does not come about through isolated measures or pressure. And it rarely proceeds in a straight line. People, teams, and organizations develop in loops – through reflection, joint experimentation, and new perspectives. Sometimes the next developmental step even leads in a different direction than originally planned.
Development happens where people feel safe and have the opportunity to understand contexts, take on responsibility, and gain new experiences.
That's precisely what I create spaces for.

Development spaces
Because development can begin at different levels—organization, team, or individual—I have created three spaces that build on one another and complement each other. Whether it is a single initiative or a larger undertaking, I always keep the other levels in view as well and think through the friction that arises at the interfaces between them.
Spaces for
organizational
Learning & Culture
Shaping learning and culture so that they truly take hold in everyday work.
Spaces for
Leadership &
Collaboration
Shaping leadership, teams, and collaboration so that responsibility, direction, and shared effectiveness can emerge.
Reflection spaces
Gaining personal clarity and developing new options for action through coaching.
How we work together
Your situation is unique. That is why your development process does not follow a standard model either. My approach is systemic, psychologically grounded, and co-creative: together we look at connections and interdependencies, not just isolated symptoms. Three principles shape our collaboration:
We don't start with concepts, but with genuinely understanding your situation. Together, we look at connections, patterns, and dynamics—not just individual symptoms. This creates a shared understanding that provides direction and opens up new possibilities for action.
Sustainable development succeeds when the people who will later carry the changes can help shape it themselves. That's why we involve the relevant perspectives early on.
Development rarely runs in a straight line and cannot be mandated; instead, it happens through ongoing reflection, experimentation and adjustment. I work with you in a structured and collaborative way throughout, so that change become lastingly effective in everyday work.
Why work with me?
For more than 20 years, I have been supporting individuals and organizations through development processes—over 14 of which involved my own leadership responsibility in an international corporation, most recently with global responsibility for culture and talent development at Mercedes-Benz Mobility AG. Today, I support you from my base in the Stuttgart region—whether in Baden-Württemberg, throughout Germany, or internationally.
I act as a strategic partner at the intersection of leadership, collaboration, learning, and culture. In doing so, I work deliberately across all three levels—organization, team, and individual—and specifically address the friction that arises at the interfaces between them. The combination of psychological understanding, systemic thinking, and my own leadership experience allows me to design sustainable development paths together with my clients.

What's currently on your mind?
Whether it's about leadership, collaboration, learning, culture, or a personal question – I look forward to getting to know your situation and considering with you how development can succeed.
