What drives me<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

I love bringing growth into motion. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

By shaping the right conditions and impulses, I initiate and accompany development processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To do that, I look closely, even when a situation seems contradictory at first \u2013 because human behaviour always has a good reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I'm guided by the conviction that people, teams and organisations usually have more possibilities available to them than they themselves realize \u2013 whether in coaching, where I often recognise strengths more clearly than people do themselves, or in organisations, which know best which solutions truly fit them. That's why I work in a co-creative, participative way.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

For me, development unfolds in loops, not in a straight line\u2014the spiral of my logo reminds me of that every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What I find most fulfilling is the moment when people begin to open up, when what really matters becomes visible, and when teams start working with each other instead of alongside each other.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

That's exactly what I want to create spaces for.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Space where people feel safe and seen, where different perspectives have room, and where even difficult topics can be spoken about openly. And sometimes it also helps to look, with a bit of distance and a sense of humour, at situations that feel difficult in the moment.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What shapes my view<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

My perspective connects psychology, leadership and a systemic view of organisational development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Already towards the end of my psychology degree, I was fascinated by how individual development and organisational change influence each other. This led me early on into systemic organisational consulting and later into international leadership, learning and culture development. Over more than 14 years, I took on leadership responsibility in various HR and leadership roles, with long-standing global responsibility for learning and culture initiatives. I work in a deliberately data-informed way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Personal experiences shaped me just as much: for several years, I led as part of a jobsharing tandem myself, and I know both the opportunities and the tensions of shared responsibility from first-hand experience. As a mother of two, I\u2019ve learned how much different roles can enrich \u2013 and challenge \u2013 one\u2019s life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This combination of professional expertise, my own leadership experience and personal life experience helps me today to understand people and organisations in their particular situation, and to shape development together with them.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
