wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-ac678272 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many challenges are initially perceived as leadership, communication, or cultural problems. In my experience\u2014including over 14 years of my own leadership responsibility in an international corporation\u2014the causes often lie deeper.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sustainable development does not come about through individual measures or pressure. And it rarely proceeds in a straight line. People, teams, and organizations develop in loops \u2013 through reflection, collaborative experimentation, and new perspectives. To achieve this, I have created three interconnected and complementary spaces.
